It was created in 1993<\/strong> to oppose the demolition<\/strong> of the Hospice building.<\/p>\n

It is non-profit<\/strong>, governed by the French law of 1st<\/sup> July 1901.<\/p>\n

It is managed by a board of directors, all of whose members are volunteers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Auvergne-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes Region, the General Council of Savoie, the Community of Communes of Haute-Tarentaise (CCHT), the communes of S\u00e9ez and la Thuile as well as a representative of the Aosta Valley civil society are members by right of board of directors.<\/p>\n

It is officially registered in the Official Journal of 27\/07\/1994.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Its purpose<\/h2>\n

  • Participate<\/strong> in the new life of the renovated building.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • She developed and defended the restoration project in 1993<\/strong>, in close collaboration with local authorities and elected officials at the time: Michel Barnier, President of the General Council of Savoy and SIVOM of Haute Tarentaise, Pino Vauterin, mayor of La Thuile, Olivier Arpin, mayor of S\u00e9ez.<\/li>\n
    • It is participating in the execution of the first phase of the works<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • It participates in the operation, animation<\/strong> and promotion<\/strong> of the renovated building. (Example: she manages the Point Accueil Information in 1995 and 1996)<\/li>\n
    • Its financial contribution to the project is \u20ac150,000 for a total amount of \u20ac2,300,000<\/li>\n
    • She obtained for her actions, in 1998, the “Savoie Tradition Vivante” prize<\/span> and, in 2004, the “Saint-Bernard” award<\/span><\/li>\n
    • She took charge of the realization and the financing of the spiritual place<\/strong>, an integral part of the initial project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
